About WISELY

People and institutions.
A more cooperative future.

We advance dialogue, mediation and inclusive participation across cultures and regions.

Who we are

WISELY is the public name of WISELY GLOBAL, a France-based association dedicated to dialogue and mediation. We help people and institutions understand different perspectives, work through disagreement and explore ways forward. Our contribution connects dialogue with learning, policy, strategic guidance and knowledge exchange to support informed decisions and practical cooperation.

01 / OUR VISION

The future we work towards.

Inclusive, resilient and cooperative societies where people and institutions can work through differences, find common ground where possible, and build a peaceful and sustainable future.

02 / OUR MISSION

Our contribution.

We advance dialogue, mediation and inclusive participation through practical learning, facilitation and strategic guidance. We work alongside people and institutions to strengthen cooperation across cultures and regions.

Our values

Principles we put
into practice.

01

Inclusivity & Collaboration

We respect different perspectives and work with people and institutions so that those affected can help shape the work and its outcomes.

02

Integrity & Credibility

We act honestly and take responsibility for our decisions and commitments. We earn trust through reliable work and openness about what we can deliver.

03

Impact & Creativity

We combine new ideas with practical judgement, learning from experience and adapting our work to make a useful contribution.

Participation & leadership

Who takes part.
How they can influence.

We seek to strengthen women’s and young people’s participation and leadership, and cooperation across generations. This means considering both who takes part and how they can influence the work.
